Building a Multi-Business Marketing & Digital Ecosystem

GACINE Group runs hotels, a general contracting company building since 1978, a wood and interiors firm, medical clinics, and commercial projects — all in Madinah. When I joined, these businesses had scattered accounts, no websites, and no shared infrastructure. My mandate: build the group's marketing and digital infrastructure as one system, run it as an operation, and report on it like any other business function. And every layer of that system is my own hands-on work: I shot the photography, produced the videos, designed the identities, and built all six platforms myself. Fifty-nine days later, the first executive report was published — and every number in this study traces back to a live platform or that report.

Across the five business sites

The starting point

Five businesses, one city, zero shared infrastructure.

Each business had its own customers, seasons, and sales channels — hotel guests near the Prophet's Mosque, contracting clients, interior projects, clinic patients. Treating them as five separate marketing problems would have multiplied cost and fragmented the brand. Treating them as one ecosystem meant shared identity foundations, shared tooling, owned channels instead of rented ones, and one reporting line to management — while each brand keeps its own voice, audience, and sales journey.

Full-stack execution

Every deliverable in this study is my own hands-on work.

No agency, no production house, no outsourced build. The strategy is mine — and so is the camera, the edit, the design file, and the code. The group hub itself carries the credit line: “Prepared and developed by Mohammed Almuzaini.”

I shot the photography

The 180+ professional photos across hotels, contracting, wood, and clinics — shot, edited, and processed into one unified asset library.

I produced the videos

Campaign and content videos for the brands' accounts — filmed, edited, and paced for each platform, feeding the 400+ publishing operations.

I designed the identities

Visual systems and brand assets across the group — including founding the GACINE WOOD identity from zero: name, logo system, colors, and stationery.

I built the platforms

All six live sites — designed, developed, and shipped by me, multi-language and mobile-first, on hosting infrastructure I manage internally.

The build

Fifty-nine days, phase by phase.

The rollout as documented in the group's published marketing report (June 28 — August 25, 2026).

  1. June 28, 2026

    Scattered efforts, no owned channels

Incomplete accounts, manual posting, no websites, assets produced per campaign and lost after it.

  2. Phase 1 · Jun 28 — Jul 29

    Foundation

Unified brand identity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Google Maps, and WhatsApp Business; a multilingual hotels site with landing pages and a city guide; a 276-post scheduled content library covering six months ahead; a 180+ professionally shot and processed photo library; hotel data corrected across booking platforms and maps; a digital identity for the contracting company on four platforms.

  3. Phase 2 · Aug 1 — 25

    Operation, measurement, expansion

An operational and financial analysis of the hotels (report, action plan, executive summary, 90-day operating plan); two guest-experience systems launched (reception + stay rating); three simultaneous campaigns with 400+ scheduled publishing operations; GACINE WOOD founded as a complete brand — name, identity, live site, two official accounts, 80+ photos, 120 posts — in under two weeks; all sites moved onto one internally managed hosting infrastructure.

  4. Today

    A live, measured ecosystem

Six platforms in production, nineteen active accounts, twenty-nine language versions — and a published executive report closing the loop with management.

Documented · the published report

Marketing that reports to the business, in public.

The group's published executive marketing report: 'What changed in marketing?' covering June 28 to August 25, 2026
Live on the group hub — gacine-group.pages.dev/report

The clearest proof of the operating model is that its results are published. I wrote, designed, and published the report myself; it answers one question — “What changed in marketing?” — in the business's language: phases, deliverables, before/after shifts, and numbers. Its thesis: marketing moved from scattered efforts to one working system — sites, accounts, content, photography, and processes running to a plan.

Deep dive 01 · Hospitality

GACINE Hotels: three branches, six languages, one booking journey.

Three hotels in Madinah — Al-Salam, Al-Eskan, and Tahliyah/Sari — serve guests who arrive in many languages, so I built the site with six language versions and full hreflang, and shot its photography on location. The booking journey is designed for how these guests actually book: an inquiry form that composes a structured message and opens WhatsApp for the right branch — each branch has its own number, map listing, and page. Behind the site, I corrected the hotels' data across booking platforms and maps, and delivered an operational-and-financial analysis with a 90-day operating plan.

  • 6 language versions + hreflang
  • 3 branches, each with own WhatsApp line
  • 3 room types, per-branch maps & tel links

Deep dive 02 · Customer experience

The Guest Portal: the stay itself became a digital product.

A dedicated in-stay portal gives every guest one screen for what they need mid-stay: the restaurant menu, branch locations on Google Maps, one-tap WhatsApp or phone to reception, and a rate-your-stay flow that feeds the group's service quality loop. A printable QR code puts the portal in rooms and at reception. This is one of the two guest-experience systems launched in Phase 2 — customer experience treated as infrastructure, not as a slogan.

  • 6 quick in-stay services
  • Stay-rating flow into a feedback loop

Deep dive 03 · Contracting

GACINE Contracting: a 1978 heritage, presented at enterprise scale.

A contracting company that has been building since 1978 — with a fleet of 52 equipment units and a 272-person workforce — needed a digital presence that matches the scale of its work. The site runs 11 language versions (429 published pages) and puts the proof forward: 22 real project pages with category and status filters, from a 25,000 m² commercial complex valued at SAR 90M in execution, to an 80-workshop industrial compound, to a 19-floor, 319-room hotel. Quotation requests reach the company as a prefilled WhatsApp template — no lead gets lost in a contact form.

  • 11 languages · 429 pages
  • 22 project pages, 7 category filters
  • 8 service lines

Deep dive 04 · Brand building

GACINE WOOD: a complete brand, founded in under two weeks.

The interiors business needed to exist as a brand, fast. In under two weeks — as documented in the group report — I gave GACINE WOOD a name, designed its visual identity, built its live bilingual site, opened its two official accounts, shot its 80+ photo library, prepared 120 posts, and produced its unified stationery. The site's centerpiece is a seven-step “Start your project” intake I built: it asks who the client is, what the project is, which of the service lines they need, the space, elements, finish level, and drawings — then composes everything into one structured WhatsApp message for the study team. Budget is asked qualitatively, the way real interior projects actually start.

Deep dive 05 · Healthcare

GACINE Clinics: healthcare marketing with governance built in.

Medical content has rules, so the clinic platform enforces them in code. Before/after case photos render only when patient consent is verified and publication is approved — anything else shows “pending publication approval” instead of leaking. The booking flow states plainly that a request is not a confirmed appointment until the team responds. Around that governance sits a full service: 8 language versions, 4 departments with their sub-services, 9 doctor profiles, and a one-minute booking form that opens WhatsApp with a complete, ready-to-send request.

  • 8 language versions
  • 4 departments · 9 doctor profiles
  • Consent + approval gates on case photos
  • Booking form → ready WhatsApp request

Deep dive 06 · Content marketing

The Madinah Guide: content that serves guests and builds authority.

A bilingual city guide — curated places and themed routes across Madinah — sits inside the ecosystem as its content-marketing engine. It answers the questions every hotel guest asks, gives the group's platforms a reason to be visited beyond a transaction, and cross-links the sister sites so authority compounds across the network instead of leaking to third parties.

  • Curated places + themed routes
  • Serves hotel guests directly
  • Cross-linked across the ecosystem

Mobile-first

Built for the device customers actually use.

The operating system

What running this ecosystem actually involves.

Group Digital Infrastructure

Six platforms I designed, developed, and shipped myself — multi-language, mobile-first, on one internally managed hosting setup with encrypted connections and version history. Owned assets, not rented pages.

Marketing Operations

Nineteen accounts across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn run on one content operation: a six-month scheduled library, per-brand voice, shared photo assets, and WhatsApp lines wired to every branch.

Executive Reporting

A published periodic report covering what changed, what was delivered, and what it means — plus deeper artifacts for management: operational analyses, action plans, and a 90-day operating plan for the hotels.

Customer Experience Systems

Journeys built into the platforms and mapped to each sector's reality: per-branch hotel booking, the in-stay guest portal with ratings, structured clinic booking with consent, and a qualified seven-step project intake for interiors.

Campaign & Content Operations

Three simultaneous campaigns ran in one month on 400+ scheduled publishing operations — seasonal peaks around Hajj, Umrah, and Ramadan planned into the calendar, produced once, and reused as assets.

AI-Enabled Workflows

AI is wired into the pipeline — planning, copy drafts, visual mockups, and reporting prep — which is how one person operates at the scale of a full team. Judgment and final quality stay human.

Counts are taken from the live platforms and the published group report: language versions per site (11 + 6 + 8 + 2 + 2), sitemap pages, branch listings, account panels on the hub, and the report's own figures.

What was built is not a campaign that ends when its budget does — it is a set of owned assets that stay with the group and compound in value.
